Cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancellation of account from either party requires 28 days’ notice (By registered letter and by electronic means)
- Key Care Solutions reserve the write to cancel a care provision subscription if the relevant care provider registers misleading information in order to deceive the end-user (e.g. Indicating that the home has a CQC rating of 3 stars instead of 1), but a reminder will be sent to the care home manager before termination to correct the information.
- Key Care Solutions reserve the write to suspend or cancel a care provision subscription if the relevant care provider or care group is under a current legal investigation.
- We can not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons).
- If the credit/debit card supplier declines payment, Key Care Solutions is under no obligation to bring this fact to the customer's attention. Customers should check with their bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from their account.
- Refund of monies is organised by complete months remaining if paid yearly in advance.
- Charges are in pound sterling (£) exclusive of VAT.
