Elaine Cullen (RN)
Director
Elaine Qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the 1980s and has worked in the field of mental health ever since. She has acquired a vast experience of health care at a senior level having served in the NHS for over 25 years. Her experience within the NHS includes working in inpatient and day treatment services, rehabilitation. Elaine's current appointment is working as a community nurse in older people's services for Devon Partnership Trust.
Elaine is a highly skilled and experienced nurse with a special interest in Dementia Care. Over the past two years Elaine has been involved in the setting up and managing Memory Services across Mid Devon, she is also extremely passionate about fair access to service and highly sensitive to both the needs of carers and the cared for with a genuine desire to promote autonomy and choice.
Elaine co-founded Key Care Solutions along with her husband Peter. This website was created in order to give home seekers and social care professionals 'up to date' and 'live' information on care home room vacancies and day centre availability.
Pete Cullen (ACMI)
Director
Pete is an experienced senior manager with a wide ranging background from manufacturing through to retail in which he has gained his Associate of the chartered management institute status.
He is very passionate about the care industry and ensuring the searching public gets the most up to date and relevant information to help them make their own informed choice.
His combined vision will help take Key Care Solutions through to the next level in social care provision.
